Impartial advice and initial telephone conversation - Free of charge  We have a NO FIX, NO FEE policy so if we can’t solve your problem you don't pay a penny. And we never charge for more than 2 hours work on a single problem so there’s a cap on what you pay. Remote support - 10 Euros per 20 minute session. Telephone support - 10 Euros for 20 minute session. Email support - please contact us for a figure as this will depend upon the amount of detail that you need, however we would anticipate about 10-15 Euros. Home visits - 20 Euros for the first 20 minutes on-site then 10 Euros for each 20 minutes or part of 20 minutes thereafter. If your problem is of an unusual nature and requires some research, then that time will be included in the chargeable time also. We have a 2 hour maximum charge on any single problem. Payment We accept all major credit cards through the secure payment gateway provided by PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account. Prior to an on-line support session we will send you an email with instructions on how to make a payment to us. If you are having problems with email then you can make a payment with your credit card via telephone.
